1st class pack 1 includes:

A progress folder
A yoga mat
2 yoga blocks
A stretch band

A monthly class to help pupils age 7+ to build their strength and flexibility in a safe and knowledgeable way. This class helps to supplement their dance education and give them tools to stretch and understand how their body works.
